it sounds easy enough, can i have a go myself?
does home staging guarantee a sale?
I don't believe anyone can promise an immediate sale because other factors come into the equation, like the asking price*, economic climate and location. But staging certainly gives you a better chance.
what if my property's empty?
Empty properties actually look smaller than they really are. Buyers also find it much harder to visualise where their furniture will go - and whether it will fit.
